Unique Alpine TPG 1

The Unique Alpine TPG 1 is a purpose built firearm. There has been no retrofitting to create it from a sporting or hunting rifle. The TPG 1 has been solely designed for only one task – long range target acquisition. There is no other rifle in the world that compares with its high quality build and features, making it the ultimate sniper rifle.

General description of the rifle

Lauf The high precision Unique Alpine ® TPG 1 firearm is offered as a single loader or a magazine rifle. The Unique Alpine ® TPG 1 was developed in order to meet and even exceed the newly defined demands made on tactical high precision firearms of the latest generation. During the development, particular attention was paid to a highly modular, integrated firearm system, which will allow adjustment to fit the personal anatomy of the shooter using the system. The modularity of the Unique Alpine ® TPG 1 also enables the shooter to configure the system to the specific requirement of any situation in a minimum of time. A further advantage of the modular system of the Unique Alpine ® TPG 1 is the provision to interchange parts and elements quickly. This is reflected in reduced expenditure in service and maintenance due to the minimised work effort compared to traditional guns, which results in low operating costs. The selected high-quality materials used guarantee a long life with no forfeiture in precision and quality.

Heavy, free-floating high precision barrel, fluted

• Locates into the system body with a 50 mm bushing for maximum accuracy and safety.

Large Bolt made of high-grade heat-treated steel

• Three locking lugs, with a practical aperture angle of 60°.

• 4 integrated gas shrouds and vents for maximum protection in the event of a blowback.

• Close fitting for highest accuracy.

Extra secure safety mechanism

• Stable safety, draws back, lifts up and blocks the firing pin for maximum security.

• An additional trigger safety can be fitted (optional).

System (breech block) made from “F 55” aluminium billet

• Special high-grade aluminium alloy with an ultimate tensile strength of more than 550 Newton per mm.

• Low sight line to the barrel bore, for minimal “offset” error.

• Precision barrel clamping mechanism for best performance in accuracy.

Mounting rail provides a simple and precise means to mount target sighting devices

Abzug Match trigger

• Adjustable from 500 g to 1000 g.

• Direct trigger.

• Two stage trigger (optional).

Precision chassis mounting system

• Defined plane location surface, prevents any distorting forces.

• System oscillation damping element made of synthetic polymer, allows constant connection between chassis and system body and reduces vibration when firing.

• System fastening bolts with compression spring package, will guarantee a homogenous and constant interconnection of system housing and aluminium chassis due to the equal level of tension.

Full – length aluminium chassis construction

• Unaffected by climatic situations.
